Namaste everyone, a few days ago I and my friend had visited Shivanasamudra Falls. It's a perrenial waterfall, formed by cauvery around 140 kms from Bengaluru. It is where the first Hydro-electric power station was set up in Asia , in the year 1902 and is still functional The ride was good, a nice scenic view, clicked some pictures also, but nowadays you don't get to see the same thing ,as surfed earlier. It was month of july, monsoon peak, a perrenial waterfall, but still seems to be just 10% of what it used to be a few years ago. We just rode around, and you see the dry river bed (most of it) of the cauvery during monsoon! This takes me almost a year back, in September when there was a lot of hassle on cauvery water! The dramatic and horrible incidents that took place in Bengaluru and other parts, especially our college being close by, being a witness. Was just wondering what about this year? Gratefully there's not so much of issue this time, because there's hard...
