Namaste everyone, so often it so happens that we are bound by limitations.
It's categorical that we want to break through our limitations, yet many a times it is not so.
You see, many times people fall in a pit and there are different ways how people behave. Some very obviously just try and find a way out of it,some of them like to exaggerate a pothole to a well, for some it just becomes their comfort zone, that they just don't want to leave it.They are not willing to break through and tread forward. The first thing is to recognize the limitation, only then we can look for a possibility. Its the classical frog in the well story. If someone who is walking by, sees you fallen in pit, he will of course wonder why are you still there? Even if the other person is trying to help you out, it doesn't make a difference until you are willing.
That's the point are you willing to break through your patterns, cycles, habits or it's great amount of comfort and you want to be there in the same state always? It's very instinctive to always behave like the same programmed software, exaggerate things, create a fuss out of it ,or can you make a conscious effort?
If it is a conscious choice, do you still want to be Fallen in the Pit?!
It's New Year , instead of taking up some resolution which anyways won't go long, we can try be more conscious of our limitations and climb out of our pit.
One more thing of new year, is like whatever you do on the first day of your year, in a way it's a projection of your year. Even if it is a bad day, can we not take charge and not follow a pattern for the rest of the year?
P.S. Happy New Year to everyone.A very relevant video of Sadhguru. Do have a look https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QEtjob__Fc0
