Whether you are running an MNC, a small restaurant, a family or for that matter any entity with more than people, building it successfully requires time, will and shakti(action).
In such a scenario there are more people involved, each person has their own opinion, idea and shakti that they bring to the table. No one will match another, nor is it true that everyone's idea is right in the matter, which often leads to conflicting situations and disharmony.
The best way to face and resolve the conflict is to externalise the entity with a life of its own, whether it's a home or workplace is a living entity with its own set of rules, with its own needs that have to be fulfilled and each person who is a part of the larger entity comes to these mutually agreeable set of parameters with integrity and discipline being non-negotiable core. Only then can there be Harmony and Growth, even amidst contradictory points of view.
When in a challenging situation, it is good to ask this fundamental question before delving into debating who is right or wrong.
"What is the purpose of this argument or discussion?"
Once it is clear what the goal or purpose is, there is a possibility of arriving at a decision and eventually harmony.
When there is nothing larger than the individual in a group of individuals, there is always an ego clash that happens within and leads to pulling and pushing, stepping on each other's toes which eventually creates subconscious animosity and a self sabotage mindset.
When you are working together in a company, it is always good to understand which role is defined by what responsibilities the extent of authority and power one has related to the specific Domain and when work is looked at, it is the role or position that is given importance and not necessarily the person behind the role.
The person is just a channel for the work to be fulfilled in the larger living entity.
Once this is established the entity/company/home can grow sustainably and with an environment that is not toxic but rather harmonious to every person related to and involved in the environment.
When you understand the dynamics of this and try to align yourself to the larger frame, you will see that people around you and situations around are a representation of something that's not unified and is lacking within you.
Most often human beings acquire different faces while growing up, the incidents and experiences as a child, attending college, working in a company, etc and most people don't recognise the conditioning and flaws that come with it.
Once you acknowledge these flaws in yourself, and become aware of them, there arises a possibility of responding to a situation with a different mindset.
While it is very simple when you read it, it is not easy, to be aware of one's flaws and acknowledge them and say you accept it takes a level of integrity and discipline which is rare and most human beings don't possess, but you can develop it with sadhana.
It takes a lot of practice, time and patience, when you start cultivating it, there will be a time when it will percolate in your being, and then the daily triggers of life will vanish. It doesn't mean there won't be any challenging situations but it will create a tremendous change in your response in the same situation which would have otherwise been tough.
When you successfully can do it, you then arrive at freedom, you have a certain level of fearlessness and power in and around you and navigate through challenging situations more easily.
The basis of it has to be integrity and discipline only then can it be possible to sustain it.
The same is true for any larger group, as long as there is discipline and integrity held together at its core, it will create an ever-lasting impact.
Wishing everyone a fulfilling and happy new year!
